Consumers have a period of 14 days to notify their intention to return, at their own expense, products that do not meet their expectations. This period begins on the day the order is delivered to the consumer. Any return must be reported to the Customer Service Department of Laboratoire Bodmer & Fils, preferably in accordance with legal requirements via the product return form available on our website, or by any clear statement expressing the decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

When using the product return form, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request.

In the event of a dispute, it is the consumer's responsibility to prove that the withdrawal period has been respected.

You must return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days after sending your notice of withdrawal.

Products may be returned by registered Colissimo mail to Laboratoire Bodmer & Fils.

Only products returned complete, intact, and in perfect resale condition will be accepted. Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged will neither be refunded nor exchanged. (As certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, please refer to the "exclusions" detailed below.)

Returned items that are dirty, used, or damaged will be refused and returned to the sender. Returned items must be in perfect resale condition (including original labels and tags).

This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for return shipping costs. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer may choose either a refund of the amounts paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, reshipping costs will be borne by the consumer: the consumer will receive a credit note (discount code) to be used on the website in order to place the replacement order. The withdrawal request must be made as soon as possible and within the legal deadlines via the "Product Returns" form available in your customer account.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Laboratoire Bodmer & Fils will make every effort to refund the consumer within 14 days following receipt of the return form. The refund may be postponed beyond the fourteen-day period until the returned product or proof of shipment has been received.

The consumer will then be refunded by crediting their bank account (secure transaction) in the case of payment by credit card, or by cheque in other cases. Delivery charges will be refunded based on the least expensive shipping option offered on our website. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. However, if you agree, we may use another payment method at no additional cost to you.

If the order included a promotional offer linked to a minimum purchase amount, and the return causes the order value to fall below that minimum threshold, the promotional offer will be forfeited in its entirety.
